HerdPlus utilities
These utilities can be used to calculate herd sensitivity (SeH) and system sensitivity (SSe) for sampling to demonstrate disease freedom in a population, using stratified sampling allowing for small herd sizes. Also calculates sample sizes and cut-point number of reactors required to achieve target SeH and SSe.
- Compare SeH and SpH for given scenario using multiple methods
- Calculate SeH and SpH and n for a list of herd sizes and specified cutpoint c such that SeH > specified minimum value
- Calculate SeH and SpH for specified herd size N and range of sample sizes (n) and cut-points (c)
- Optimise n and c for each herd size N in specified range
- Optimise n and c for each herd size N then calculate h for given SSe and vice versa
- Calculate SeH and SpH for listed herd sizes using specified sample size then calculate h for given SSe and vice versa
- Calculate SeH and SpH for specified range of herd sizes
- Calculate SeH and SpH for range of sample sizes
- Calculate SeH for a range of design prevalence values from 0.01 to 0.5
